How To Add A Custom Form To A Page

Step 1:

Open the editor toolbar (  Ctrl + /  ) and select the Custom Form option from the dropdown

Step 2:

Once the Custom Form placeholder is added to the page, link it to the actual custom form you created previously.

Step 3:

The Custom Form should appear rendered in the page.
