Text editor receives a makeover

The text editor has undergone a complete overhaul, introducing essential enhancements and new capabilities. We've implemented genuine WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editing, eliminating the necessity for a preview function. Text formatting options have been significantly expanded, providing a more robust set of tools for content creation. Additionally, we've integrated the ability to embed images and videos directly within the editor. Furthermore, we've introduced comprehensive support for user mentions, complete with real-time notifications to keep users informed and engaged.

@Mentions have been redesigned

We've thoroughly revamped the @mentions functionality within card descriptions and comments for a more seamless and user-friendly experience.

Sign-In & Meeting page customizations

The sign-in and meeting pages have been enhanced with additional features, now supporting background and text customization options. Additionally, users now have the ability to choose whether or not to display the semi-transparent vertical strip on the sign-in page.

Emojis in cards

Emojis have been integrated into the card editor, providing a more expressive and engaging user experience. You have the option to select emojis by clicking on the toolbar icon, or you can quickly access the emojis toolbar by typing ":" followed by a few characters of your choice.

Emojis in card comments

We have introduced emojis to card comments, adopting a Slack-style approach, to enable users to express their reactions directly beneath each comment.

Watchers in cards

Users now have the capability to assign watchers to specific cards, ensuring that these designated individuals receive notifications for any updates made to those cards.

Set a primary image in cards

Users are now provided with the option to designate a primary image for a card, which will be prominently displayed when viewing the card in a bird’s-eye view.

Miscellaneous Improvements

  1. Project names can now be as long as necessary without impeding the sidebar view
  2. Added block-quote to the wysiwyg editor
