Sometimes there is a need to bring in an external attendee such as a contractor who is not a direct member of the company ( or a group/team ). An external attendee is someone who can ONLY join the conference he/she is invited to, and CANNOT sign in into the portal.
- Open the video conference editing window and click on the
Add External Attendee
link.
- Specify the Name and Email of the external attendee.
- Click
Add
to add the attendee to the attendee list
That's it... easy peasy !
